What we design for education organizations

Six disciplines — learning experience design through accessibility analytics — delivered with educator sign-off, documented AI limits, and Canadian pricing in CAD. Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation, not a template catalogue.

SVC-01

Learning Experience Design (LXD)

We map competency outcomes, learner personas, and scaffolding sequences before a single slide is built. Backward design anchors every module: what must learners demonstrate, by when, and with what evidence. Deliverables include curriculum architecture documents, storyboard frames, instructor guides, and pilot-ready learning pathways aligned to your accreditation or internal standards. Discovery workshops surface gaps between stated objectives and what instructors actually teach. Senior instructional designers facilitate faculty sessions so adoption is co-owned, not imposed. Engagements include accessibility checkpoints and bilingual-ready structure where required.

Typical range: C$18,000–C$55,000 · Discovery sprint from C$12,000

SVC-02

AI Tutoring Assistants

We design guardrailed tutoring flows that support — never replace — instructor judgement. Prompt libraries include refusal rules for academic-integrity violations, citation requirements for factual claims, and escalation paths to human educators. Every response template is reviewed by subject-matter experts before learner-facing deployment. We document model limitations, hallucination risks, and recommended override procedures in plain language for programme leads. Tutoring assistants integrate with your LMS or stand alone behind authentication. Human-in-the-loop sign-off gates block auto-release. Pilot metrics cover helpfulness ratings and instructor correction rates, not vanity engagement counts.

Typical range: C$22,000–C$68,000

SVC-03

Course & Content Production

Modular courseware built for revision, not one-off launches. We produce lesson units, video scripts, interactive scenarios, job aids, and microlearning sequences with production specifications your media team or vendor can execute. Content passes subject-matter review and WCAG accessibility checks before handoff. Source files are structured for localization and annual compliance updates. We do not mass-produce generic enrichment courses for individual consumers — every production run ties to a client organization's curriculum and governance requirements. Style guides, voice-and-tone notes, and asset libraries ship with each engagement.

Typical range: C$15,000–C$85,000 depending on media depth

SVC-04

Assessment & Feedback Design

Formative checkpoints, summative rubrics, and feedback workflows that instructors can calibrate across sections. We align assessment items to competency statements, design retrieval-practice intervals, and build draft-feedback templates AI may suggest but never auto-issue. Rubric criteria use observable behaviours, not vague adjectives. Calibration workshops help teaching teams score consistently before high-stakes use. Automated feedback remains draft-only until educator approval. We support academic integrity policies with clear documentation of what AI may and may not do in your programme context.

Typical range: C$14,000–C$42,000

SVC-05

LMS Integrations

Specifications, sample configurations, and QA checklists for Canvas, Moodle, D2L Brightspace, and custom platforms. We advise on module structure, gradebook alignment, LTI placement, and event schemas for learning analytics — we do not replace your engineering team. Deliverables include integration roadmaps, acceptance tests, and rollback procedures. Content packages ship in formats your LMS administrators can import and version. We coordinate with IT and instructional staff so launches do not break existing enrolment workflows. Post-launch support windows cover defect triage and documentation updates.

Typical range: C$10,000–C$38,000

SVC-06

Accessibility & Analytics

WCAG 2.2 audit passes on courseware and tutoring interfaces, with remediation specifications prioritized by learner impact. Inclusive-learning checks cover screen-reader flows, caption requirements, colour contrast, and keyboard navigation. Learning analytics views tie module events to agreed measurable outcomes — completion, rubric mastery, feedback turnaround — not vanity dashboards. Reports are designed for educators and programme leads who need decisions this term, not data scientists only. Privacy impact notes address PIPEDA and, where relevant, Ontario FIPPA obligations for public-sector clients. Analytics require educator interpretation; we document confidence limits.

Typical range: C$11,000–C$45,000
