Completion rates lagged after week four when clinical scenarios intensified. Faculty distrusted generic AI tools that drafted answers students could submit unchanged.
Approach: LearnPointCo ran discovery workshops with programme leads and clinical instructors. We mapped competency outcomes, built storyboards with formative assessment every module, and designed an AI tutoring assistant scoped to case-study practice with mandatory instructor override. Rubrics used observable clinical behaviours. WCAG checks ran before pilot.

Approach: We decomposed content into microlearning units with retrieval practice, built draft-feedback templates for manager review, and delivered LMS integration specs for their Brightspace instance. Analytics views tied completion to rubric mastery thresholds programme leads defined.

K-12 literacy pilot — AI-assisted practice with guardrails
Challenge: Intermediate teachers wanted structured practice for reading comprehension without crossing into essay-completion territory. Board policy required academic-integrity documentation and parent communication materials.
Approach: LearnPointCo designed scaffolding sequences, refusal rules for full-answer generation, and instructor dashboards showing which prompts students used. We produced governance docs for trustees and a parent FAQ. Pilot ran in four classrooms with educator sign-off on every release.
Illustrative outcome: Teachers reported faster turnaround on formative feedback; no integrity incidents in the pilot window. Board expanded scope to additional grades the following year.

Continuing professional education — modular certificate pathway
Challenge: A professional association needed to modularize a weekend-intensive certificate for asynchronous delivery without diluting assessment rigour. Subject-matter volunteers had uneven instructional design capacity.
Approach: Curriculum architecture, instructor guides, and summative rubrics were delivered in phased releases. AI tutoring supported case discussions with citation requirements; credentials remained the association's sole authority. Bilingual-ready source structure was included for future French rollout.
